Transmission data is mapped to a radio frame by a transmission data mapping part 18-12 and the mapped transmission data is written in a memory 1-30 by a transmission data write processing part 1-12. A transmission data read processing part 1-21 reads the transmission data from the memory 1-30 and performs spread processing of the transmission data by a transmission data spread processing part 18-23. The transmission data read processing part 1-21 reads pieces of the transmission data in order of address at fixed cycle, the transmission data write processing part 1-12 is informed of transmission timing information about the transmission data, writes the transmission data in the address of reading timing of the memory by the transmission data read processing part 1-21 matched to transmission timing and adjusts the transmission timing.
