Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of generating the control information for performing control with suppressed power consumption, while suppressing the risk of control failure.SOLUTION: A wireless base station control information generating device 1 includes a control failure cost information storage unit 12 storing the control failure cost information about the cost of failure of a control for increasing or decreasing the number of processing units operating in the wireless base station, and a control information generation unit 13 for calculating the estimate of the cost of failure of the control for the wireless base station on the basis of the prediction value of the cost of power consumption of the wireless base station on the basis of the traffic read from a traffic storage unit 11, the traffic read from the traffic storage unit 11, and the control failure cost information read from the control failure cost information storage unit, and transmitting the information used for controlling to increase or decrease the number of processing units operating in the wireless base station 2, on the basis of the prediction value of the cost of power consumption thus calculated and the estimate of the cost of control failure, to the wireless base station 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
