Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in a wireless type radio call system in which a battery is not used, a receiving section for receiving a call confirmation signal cannot be provided in a call originating section because of power supply capacity and operation confirmation is required once a day for preventing a false report but if the operation confirmation is performed as it is, it may not be distinguished from an erroneous report.SOLUTION: A radio receiver has two modes of a conclusion mode and a relay mode, operates in the conclusion mode while not connected to a connection device such as a nurse call handset and an intercom base unit, and comprises a changeover switch for setting the conclusion mode while connected to the connection device. In the conclusion mode, the radio receiver sounds ringback tones by itself and prevents a calling signal from being transmitted to the connection device.
