Communication means 10 and 12 for conducting spread spectrum communications with a communication object 5 using predetermined spread codes, and jamming signal transmission means 6 and 11 for conducting spread spectrum for a predetermined jamming signal S3 are provided using spread codes to transmit it with a jamming signal oriented pattern A2. Communication interception can be surely prevented by making an interceptor within the jamming signal oriented pattern A2 receive communication signals S1 and S2 accompanied with the jamming signal S3, and by jamming the communication signals S1 and S2 with the inversely spread jamming signal S3.
