PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress power consumption.SOLUTION: A collection terminal 10 is radio-communicatable between a first terminal and a second terminal and includes a fault detection notification part 12 and a transmission part 14. fault detection notification part 12 detects whether data from the first terminal is not reached.
