The radio base station composes one of the base stations to be connected to of the radio terminal. Also, the radio base station has: a reception determination section 122 for determining whether the reception of the base station information has been successful; a route map information relay section 125 for relaying the base station information to the base stations to be connected to except an own station, based on a base station ID included in the base station information; and a confirmation response transmission section 123 for transmitting a reception success notification indicating the success of the reception of the base station information, when the reception determination section determines that the reception of the base station information has been successful.
