Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system which can easily perform compensation for power to a subcarrier in which receiving power drops without imposing a burden on the terminal side.
SOLUTION: A cell controller connected to base stations X, Y acquires signal power values of each of a plurality of subcarrier signals measured by each of terminals TEa to TEc via the base stations and when a subcarrier (3) of which the signal power value measured by the terminal TEa is equal to or less than a predetermined threshold is detected among a plurality of subcarriers (1) to (3) which transmit data to be transmitted and received by the terminal TEa among multi-carrier signals used for communication between the base station X and the terminal TEa, transmits transmission data to the terminal TEa using the sub-carrier (3) from the base station Y.
