PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system, a distortion compensation device, and a distortion compensation method that are capable of improving communication quality.SOLUTION: In a distortion compensation device 12 included in a transmission device in a radio terminal device, a compensation unit 35 corrects (updates) an adjustment coefficient used in an adjustment unit 34 on the basis of a feedback signal transmitted by a radio base station device that has received a signal transmitted by the radio terminal device. The feedback signal includes information on the difference between a reception signal point of a known signal transmitted by the radio terminal device and an expected signal point expected for the known signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
