Abstract:
To rapidly select an appropriate cell even when a mobile station switches its communication partner from a mobile relay station to a base station.
The mobile relay station that relays a radio communication between the mobile station in a mobile body and the base station notifies the mobile station in the mobile body of the information relating to a moving state of its own station determined based on the number of base stations selected within a predetermined period of time. The mobile station selects a base station based on the information relating to the moving state notified from the mobile relay station when it switches equipment on the other side of radio communication from the mobile relay station to a base station.
