Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the 'sharing characteristic' that a plurality of portable telephones use the one set of external equipment while securing communicative 'secrecy' in a radio communication system connected between the portable telephone and the external equipment to perform communication through the portable telephone, such as a hand-free device, by local radio communication.
SOLUTION: A registration request part 4 is mounted in a portable telephone 0 side, and an authentication information registration part 23 is mounted in an external equipment 20 side, respectively. Before establishing communication, based on the registration request from the registration request part 4, the portable telephone is registered into the external equipment 20 side by the authentication information registration part 23. Then, when actually establishing the communication, the external equipment 20 permits connection only to the previously registered portable telephone 0 by the authentication part 24. Thereby, because only the portable telephone registered previously to the external equipment side is possible for the communication with the external equipment, the communicative 'secrecy' is secured and the 'sharing characteristic' that a plurality of portable telephones use the one set of the external equipment is realizable by registering the plurality of portable telephones previously.
