PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to suppression of wasteful power consumption at a radio terminal in carrier aggregation of a plurality of cells operated at different radio stations.SOLUTION: A radio terminal (3) has ability for performing dual connectivity in which a first cell (10) of a first radio station (1) and a second cell (20) of a second radio station (2) are used. The first radio station or the second radio station (2) transmits restriction information to the radio terminal (3). The restriction information includes an information element related to transmission restriction in at least one of the first cell (10) and the second cell (20) when dual connectivity is carried out. The transmission restriction is a restriction relating to transmission of an uplink signal in the radio terminal (3).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
