Abstract:

To provide a radio transmitter and a radio communication system at low costs and with high performance by improving the quality of a received signal on the receiver side.

The ratio transmitter is constituted so that the best quality of the received signal can be obtained by arranging a power adjustment part, for example, AGC (Auto Gain Control) that equalizes the output signal power from an IF signal generation part 18 and the output signal power from a millimeter-wave transmitting part 1a halfway between the IF signal generation part 18 and the millimeter-wave transmitting part 1a. In addition, a CN ratio is enhanced by transmitting both sidebands (16a) (16c) simultaneously with a local oscillation signal (16b).
