This radio-control receiver has a case which has dimensions, shapes, and forms which can be mounted on in a power source box of an electric toy or model, and a receiving control circuit, a power source therefor, and a power source for a load to drive are equipped therein. The radio-control receiver is constructed so that an electric toy or model can be radio-controlled without remodelling or with extremely simple remodelling when the receiver is put into the power source box of the electric toy or the model in the same way as mounting the power source of the electric toy or the model into the power source box.
