PURPOSE: To prevent a danger of a control object device from being moved at application of power by stopping a function of sending the on/off state of an operation switch when there is any operation switch in the on-state at application of power.
CONSTITUTION: The ON/OFF of operation switches S1-S3 is read by a switch read circuit 11 and the result of read is sent via a parallel serial conversion circuit 12 and a radio transmission circuit 13 and an object equipment such as a crane is controlled in radio wave. Then at application of power from a power supply 15, when at least one of the switches S1-S3 is closed, it is detected by a gate circuit 22 of a transmission inhibit circuit 20, a switch 24 is opened by a Q output of a D FF 23, the circuit 13 is interrupted from ;the power supply 15 and the transmission function is stopped and alarm by a buzzer 25 is raised. Through the constitution above, a danger of the object equipment moved at application of power is prevented.
