PURPOSE: To provide the radio electronic mail system which can easily provide the update history of schedule data on the side of an electronic notebook, can improve work efficiency and can reduce cost.

CONSTITUTION: This radio electronic mail system for performing radio data communication between a host computer and an electronic notebook terminal 20 is provided with a schedule editing means 21 for editing the schedule data and storing them in a schedule data file 22, update history editing means 23 for editing the update history and reflecting a bulletin board data file 24 with it at the time of editing due to this schedule editing means 21, and down load means 25 for transferring data in a the schedule data file 22 and a bulletin board data file 24 to the side of the electronic notebook terminal 20.
