PURPOSE: To follow up a temperature change and a secular change and to compensate transmission distortion by enabling a transmission from the training signal generation part at the inside of a radio equipment for data transmission and reception to a reception part via a transmission part.

CONSTITUTION: A training signal generation part 10 to be used in an equalizer 7 is provided on the base band part of a radio equipment 1, further, changeover switches 11 to 13 are provided, and all switches 11 to 13 are connected to an A side at the time of a training. Therefore, the training signal outputted from the training signal generation part 10 is transmitted to a transmission part 2 and the signal is outputted from the transmission part 2 after a prescribed modulation is performed to the signal. The equalizer 7 uses the training signal from the training signal generation part 10 provided on the inside of the radio equipment 1 to perform a training arithmetic processing by a timing strobe signal, derives an optimum parameter and stores the parameter in a parameter storage part 9. Further, after the training is terminated, all the changeover switches 11 to 13 are switched to a B side and the radio equipment is made usable as a ordinary radio equipment.
