Abstract:

To provide a radio frequency feed block for multi-beam architecture.

The present invention relates to a multi-beam antenna system which belongs to the field of satellite communication, and more specifically, the multi-beam antenna system to cover a given geographical region which is divided into a plurality of spots on the ground. The present invention has: a plurality of radio frequency chains (12, 17) which are intended to transmit/receive electromagnetic waves to/from the direction of a reflector; a plurality of waveguides (18) connected to an output section of the chains; and a plate (11) in which the waveguides (18) is arranged inside and the radio frequency chains (12, 17) are fixed. The present invention also relates to a satellite including a feed block (10) by the present invention.
