A radio information storage medium apparatus includes: a radio tag 1 to be attached to a metallic frame 12, which performs information communication by non-contact by orthogonally circulating magnetic field lines orthogonally emitted from a radio reader/writer 10 with the radio reader/writer 10; and an amorphous sheet 11 arranged on the surface of the radio tag 1 opposing the metallic frame 12, so as to guide the magnetic field lines circulating with the radio reader/writer 10 not to flow toward the metallic frame 12. The radio tag 1 is displaced from the center of the amorphous sheet 11 to the side of the reader/writer 10.
