To provide a radio receiving device suitable for applying to an inner layout of an existing sewing machine.
This radio receiving device 2 is inserted into a connector 13 of a sewing machine body and receives control signals by radio from a foot controller 15 to drive a motor 12 in the sewing machine body. The receiving device 2 is equipped with an input terminal unit 4 and an output terminal unit 6 both fixed on the outside of a housing 3 and connected to a power source, and a receiver 5 placed in the housing 3. The receiver 2 is equipped with a receiving unit 51 to receive control signals from the controller, a processing unit 52 connected to the receiving unit 51 to process control signals, a drive unit 53 connected to the processing unit 52 and the input terminal unit 4 to control a current from the input terminal unit 4 based on processed signals to supply the current to the motor 12 as a drive current. The output terminal unit 6 is correspondingly inserted into a connector to transmit a drive current from the drive unit 53 to drive the motor 12.
