PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge a usage range of PHS without affecting a public base station and an another radio repeater, etc., by transmitting information which is transmitted from a public base station to a mobile station and information which is transmitted from a mobile station to a public base station so as to have a communication contents being the same as that transmitted through the use of a public radio frequency.
SOLUTION: General subscriber telephones 3 are connected to a public communication network 1 by a wired line. The public base stations 5A-5C are normally connected to a public communication network 1 through the use of a wired line. A radio repeater 7 is connected to a public base station 5A with a radio communication line using a public radio frequency and, moreover, connected to a PHS terminal 9A with a radio communication line using a public radio frequency. Thus, in the PHS terminal 9A, communication with another PHS terminal 9B is executed with a general subscriber telephone 3 or the public base station 5C with the public base station 5A which is connected to the radio repeater 7 and the public communication network 1.
