Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce burden on processing for the position management of a mobile terminal and to surely receive an incoming call.
CONSTITUTION: An area managed by a radio telephone exchange is divided into plural zones, and a communication means 2 to establish a speech path with the mobile terminal 1 and a managing means 3 to manage a position are installed at each of the zones. A specific zone where the terminal 1 is moved concentrically in point of time and place is registered on a second storage means 6 in advance. When the terminal 1 is moved to a general zone, position information from the managing means 3 is registered on a first storage means 4 by a registration means 5, however, when it is moved to the specific zone, the movement of the terminal is stopped by a selection means 7. When an incoming call request (a) is issued, an incoming call control means 8 starts up the communication means 2 which manages each zone registered on the first and second storage means 4, 6, respectively.
