PURPOSE: To recognize the voice of a telephone number information service, to convert it into dial information, and to automatically perform a dialing operation based on the dial information.

CONSTITUTION: A radio part 1 receives an information voice from the operator of a telephone number information service desk, demodulates it, and transmits it to a terminal control part 2. When this demodulated voice is transmitted through a voice control part 21 of the terminal control part 2 to a voice recognizing part 3, the voice recognizing part 3 recognizes the demodulated voice, and converts it into the dial information, and stores it to a memory part 22 of the terminal control part 2. At the time of detecting the end of the telephone number information service, the voice control part 21 automatically performs the dialing operation to the subscriber's destination based on the dial information read out of the memory 22. Thus, it is not necessary for the user of the number information service to record the informed telephone number each time, and the dialing operation as well.
