After storing prepaid charge information from the card inserted to a card processing part 170 and storing it in the memory 120 once, the control part 110 starts a radio part 130 to establish a radio linkage with a master set 2 to send prepaid charge information to the master set 2. The control part 110, which receives an information control signal warning the small remainder of prepaid charge information from the master station 2 by means of the radio part 130, reads out a warning processing 122 from the memory 120 to output a sound warning the small remainder of prepaid charge information from a sound output part 150 and to display the warning of the small remainder of prepaid charge information on an LCD display part 160.
