Abstract:
To provide a temperature sensor capable of easily applying to a movable measuring object, and easily performing temperature conversion irrespective of properties of a measuring object.
A closed curve 2 formed of conductive material is fixed on a surface of a nonconductive sheet 1 having a thermal expansion property, and an area of a region surrounded by the closed curve 2 changes depending on thermal expansion of the sheet 1.
