To provide a radio terminal device which is not affected by an antenna radiation property even in a case where a positional relation of a plurality of ground conductors and connection conductors is changed.
The radio terminal device comprises: plate-like two ground conductors disposed almost in parallel so as to oppose their faces each other; a radiation conductor disposed proximately to at least one of the two ground conductors; a circuit for applying a voltage between the ground conductor and the radiation conductor; a connection conductor disposed between the two ground conductors and connecting the two ground conductors; and a mechanism for moving one of the ground conductors in parallel with the other ground conductor. In such a radio terminal device, a current block medium is disposed proximately to the connection conductor between the ground conductor and the connection conductor or in a gap where the connection conductors are overlapped.
