Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that it is impossible to verify whether a coverage hole in one frequency band of one RAT (Radio Access Technique) is covered by another RAT and/or another frequency band.SOLUTION: A radio terminal not only performs measurement of a target first RAT, but also performs measurement of a second RAT in an idle state, even when measurement parameters set by a radio base station do not include an instruction to perform measurement of the second RAT. The radio terminal holds not only a measurement result of the first RAT, but also a measurement result of the second RAT for reporting to a network. When the radio terminal shifts from the idle state into a connected state, the radio terminal transmits the held information to the radio base station of the first RAT.
