Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio timepiece having an impact-resistant antenna holding structure while adapting to size reductions of the timepiece movement.SOLUTION: In a timepiece in which an antenna 5 is arranged near the outer circumference of the timepiece movement, the antenna 5 has a fixed projection for positioning the timepiece movement relative to an antenna coil 6b and buffering projections 13a and 13b formed in the direction of the outer circumference of the timepiece movement. The buffering projections 13a and 13b are formed with gaps 19a and 19b between them and a timepiece case 2. By bringing the buffering projections into contact with the timepiece case 2 to regulate deformation only when the fixed projection is deformed by any impact, the antenna 5 can be prevented from being destroyed by the impact.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
