Abstract:
To provide a radio wave absorber for absorbing an electromagnetic wave in a frequency band of 400 to 1,000 MHz, which is lightweight and thin; a radio wave absorbing panel structure using the same; and a radio communication improvement system.
A pattern layer 5 having a conductor element, a loss layer 4 containing at least one of a magnetic loss material and a dielectric loss material, and a dielectric layer 3 containing a dielectric material, are stacked one by one in this order, and the dielectric material has a density of less than 1.0 g/cm3.
