To provide an incombustible and translucent radio wave absorber exhibiting radio wave absorption characteristics of 15 dB or above (more preferably 20 dB or above) for radio waves having frequencies of 2.45 GHz and 5.2 GHz for indoor wireless LAN and capable of introducing external light even when it is applied to a window, and to provide a process for producing a radio wave absorber without causing any damage while preventing the yield from lowering.
The radio wave absorber comprises a first glass layer 11 having thickness dimension T11 of 3 mm, a transparent resin layer 1, a resistive layer 2, a second glass layer 12 having thickness dimension T12 of 8 mm, a conductive layer 3, and a third glass layer 13 having thickness dimension T13 of 3 mm arranged sequentially from the radio wave incident side.
