To provide a light radio wave absorber which is superior in processability, and has highly efficient radio wave absorbing property without dispersion in a frequency band of 1 to 10 GHz.
The radio wave absorber in the frequency band of 1 to 10 GHz is formed of thermoplastics foam containing a carbon nanotube. The carbon nanotube is contained at a proportion of six to 20 parts by weight to 100 parts by weight of thermoplastics constituting the foam. Relative magnification of the thermoplastics foam is 3 to 15 times. A real part (εr') of complex specific inductive capacity measured by a coaxial tube method is in a range of 6.0 to 20.0, an imaginary part (εr") is 1.0 to 9.0, and dielectric dissipation factor (Tanδ=εr"/εr') is 0.14 to 0.60.
