Abstract:
To provide a thin radio-wave absrober, which is utilizable as EMC and EMI contermeasures against a high frequency in a gigahertz range.
A composite material, which consists of chemical synthetic high polymer molecules and a ferroelectric ceramic, or a composite material, which consists of a polymer (β-hydroxybutylate) or its copolymer and a ferroelectric ceramic, is formed as a dielectric layer 1, thin films, which consist of a metallic oxide film, a metallic nitride film or these mixture, are formed on at least one surface of this dielectric layer 1 as resistance films 2 and 3 and a radio-wave absorber is constituted.
