To provide a radio wave absorbing sheet, having superior isotropy in its dielectric loss characteristics, and to provide a radio wave absorber which uses the same.
The radio wave absorptive sheet 1 has a corrugated cardboard structure, comprising a core 2 made of a corrugated sheet containing an electric loss material and planar liners 3 laminated thereon. The electric loss material containing corrugated sheet has an anisotropy with a dielectric loss ratio ("p/"v) of 1.2-4, where "p and "v are the dielectric losses in a direction (p) which indicates the maximum dielectric loss in a plane and a direction (v) perpendicular to the direction (p); and this direction (p) indicating the maximum dielectric loss is approximately perpendicular to the ridgeline of the corrugation of the corrugated sheet. The radio wave absorber uses the radio wave absorbing sheet thus structured.
