A radio wave leakage limiting wall 11 for limiting communication between an on-vehicle equipment 3 loaded on a vehicle 3a passing a 2nd lane 1b and a road side antenna 2 is arranged between a 1st lane 1a on which the road side antenna 2 for communicating with the on-vehicle equipment is arranged and the 2nd lane 1b adjacent with the 1st lane.
