This radio wave lens antenna device 1 comprises a radio wave lens 10 formed into a quarter-spherical shape, a reflecting plate 20 fitted to a surface passing through the center C of the radio wave lens 10, a reflecting plate 30 orthogonal to the reflecting plate 20 and fitted to a surface passing through the center of the radio wave lens 10, and a primary radiator 50 arranged in a focus of the radio wave lens 10. An orthogonal axis A, on which the reflecting plate 20 and the reflecting plate 30 are orthogonal to each other, is arranged horizontal to the ground.
