To provide a radio wave and sound absorbing panel with high performance by making compatible sound absorbing performance with radio wave absorbing performance.
This radio wave and sound absorbing panel is formed in a laminated structure comprising a protective layer 1, a radio wave absorbing layer 2, a radio wave reflective layer 3, a sound absorbing layer 4, and a sound isolating layer 5 in order from a sound source and a radio wave radiating side. The radio wave reflective layer 3 is formed of a metal porous plate 31, and its four sides are panelized of aluminum or stainless steel channel frame materials 6 with the protective layer 1 facing forward as viewed from the front. The metal porous plate 31 forming the radio wave reflective layer 3 may be one having a large number of openings with a hole diameter dimension of 2 to 15 mm and an opening rate of 30 to 70%. Accordingly, an aluminum alloy or stainless steel expand metal or punching metal is used therefor.
