PURPOSE: To realize the ensurance of isolation between a transmission antenna and a reception antenna while matching the flight performance of an aircraft with the environmental resistance performance by fitting a corrugated plate to a part of the periphery of a body.
CONSTITUTION: The corrugated plate 8 having frequency characteristics of a transmission radio wave is fitted to the periphery of a body 1 or an outer casing which is a part of a path of a radio wave between a reception antenna 5 and a transmission antenna 3 of a radio wave transmission and reception device where the transmission antenna 3 and the reception antenna 5 are arranged at a distance on the body 1 or the outer package of the aircraft. The corrugated plate 8 is covered by a cover 9 made of a dielectric having low dielectric constant, for example. Thus, an undesired radio wave passing through various paths on the surface of the body 1 and propagated to the reception antenna 5 is suppressed by forming the shape of the corrugated plate 8 in matching with the operating frequency band. Since the outer structure of the body 1 is unchanged, the effect on the flight performance of the aircraft is small and since no radio wave absorbing body is used, the problem on the environmental resistance performance is less.
