PURPOSE: To obtain a polymer compound bonding a radioactive metal element capable of manifesting high specific activities without causing deterioration and reduction in activities of a physiologically active substance and useful for radioactive medicines suitable for detection, treatment, etc., of diseases by bonding a radioactive metallic element through chelate bonds to a specific physiologically active substance-bonding polymeric compound.
CONSTITUTION: This compound is a radioactive metallic element-bonding physiologically active substance obtained by bonding (A) a radioactive metallic element through chelate bonds to a physiologically active substance-bonding polymeric compound prepared by bonding the physiologically active substance (B2) to free amino groups in the reactive polymeric compound (B1). The compound is a compound prepared by bonding a polyamine compound (B11) having ≥3 amino groups in the molecule which is polylysine having 500-1000000 molecular weight or a polymine having 500-100000 molecular weight through amide bonds (CONH) to a bifunctional ligand compound (B21) having carboxyl groups or reactive groups derived therefrom at a ratio of 2 molecules of the compound (B21) based on 1 molecule of the compound (B11).
