Abstract:
After a syringe (24) containing a radioactive sample therein and housed in a radiation shield case (40) is mounted on a radioactive sample holder (62) and set in a radioactive sample measuring apparatus (28), an upwardly projecting handle (78) of the radioactive sample holder (62) is depressed to cause a syringe holder base (100) supported on second shafts (80a, 80b) to lower a flange (32) of the syringe (24) held by the syringe holder base (100), pulling the syringe (24) out of the radiation shield case (40). Then, the amount of radioactivity of the radioactive sample contained in the syringe (24) is measured.
