Abstract:
To provide a radioactivity analysis device that can improve its analysis capability of the type of radiation with a simple configuration of a radiation detection part.SOLUTION: A radiation analysis device for analyzing a radioactive nuclide from the type and energy of incident radiation comprises a radiation detector 1 for detecting radiation and outputting an electrical signal, a radiation type determination part 20 for extracting distribution of a position where the radiation has been detected based on the electrical signal and determining the type of the radiation, a radiation energy analysis part 3 for analyzing the energy based on the electrical signal, a radioactive nuclide information storage part 5 for storing known information on the radioactive nuclide, and a radioactive nuclide analysis part 4 for analyzing the radioactive nuclide based on the known information in response to the output of the radiation type determination part and the output of the radiation energy analysis part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
