To suppress deterioration of characteristics of CMOS sensors due to X-ray radiation, and prevent an image sensor from being damaged because of weight added in imaging.
A radiographic apparatus 7 uses a sensor panel 25 including plural CMOS sensors 33 having signal output circuits on a substrate composed of a single crystal Si. A radiation absorption part 20 for absorbing, for example, a low-energy component, which is part of X-rays causing deterioration of characteristics of the signal output circuits, is disposed on the top face of the top plate 13 which is irradiated with X-rays. The radiation absorption part 20 is composed of, for example, a radiation absorptive fluid 48 housed in a bag 47. When coming into contact with a subject H, the radiation absorption part 20 deforms, thereby absorbing X-rays in a direct radiation region where X-rays are directly radiated to the CMOS sensors 33 and functioning as reinforcement so that the CMOS sensors 33 are not damaged by an impact or a load when the subject H lies on the apparatus.
