To provide radiographic diagnostic equipment in which the inclination of a top plate when it is inclined can be deepened by adjusting the height of the top plate in a parallel state and in addition expansion of installation space can be avoided.

In the case of adjusting the height of the top plate 1, this radiographic diagnostic equipment moves the top plate in a direction which crosses obliquely with the surface of the top plate 1 for a portion corresponding to the height adjusting amount by a top plate oblique direction movement mechanism 21. The height of the top plate 1 is changed by a moved distance in a vertical direction. In the case of backward inclination of the top plate 1, a top plate getting up/down mechanism 9 gets the top plate up and down, and the top plate oblique direction movement mechanism 21 moves the top plate 1 in the direction of pulling it up. The top plate 1 is inclined backward to a deep angle without interference with a floor. In the case of forward inclination of the top plate 1, the top plate getting up/down mechanism 9 gets the top plate up and down, and the top plate oblique direction movement mechanism 21 moves the top plate 1 in the direction of pulling it back. The top plate 1 is inclined forward to a deep angle without interference with a floor. Since the top plate oblique direction movement mechanism 21 moves only the surrounding of the top plate at a tip from the top plate getting up/down mechanism 9, the dimensions of the equipment are not increased and expansion of the installing space is also avoided.
