Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic image detection device capable of preventing deterioration of bias lines of photodiodes without causing image degradation.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion panel 21 has TFTs 32 that are formed on an insulating substrate 30 and covered with a first flattening layer 37. Photodiodes (PD) 33 are formed on the first flattening layer 37, and both the PDs 33 and the first flattening layer 37 are covered with a second flattening layer 39. A scintillator 20 contains cesium iodide and is vapor deposited directly on the photoelectric conversion panel 21. The photoelectric conversion panel 21 has bias lines 90 for supplying bias voltage to the PDs 33. The bias lines 90 are formed between the PDs 33 and the insulating substrate 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
