Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic image detector capable of preventing heat generated by electrical circuitry, and the like, in an FPD from being transferred to a scintillator so as to suppress temperature quenching of the scintillator due to an increase in temperature, thereby suppressing in-plane brightness irregularity of images.SOLUTION: A radiographic image detector includes a phosphor layer, a heat shield layer, and a photoelectric conversion element arranged in the described order. When a thickness of the heat shield layer is represented by T [μm] and a heat transfer rate is represented by C [W/m K], C/T shall be 0.004-5, inclusive, or 0.004-0.14, inclusive.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
