A radiography management system includes an information storing part 206 for storing image information obtained by the electronic cassette in time series, a using state acquiring part 204 for acquiring history information of the using state of the electronic cassette, a deteriorated information acquiring part 208 for acquiring information of a degree of deterioration of the electronic cassette in accordance with the image information, a life predicting part 210 for predicting the life of the electronic cassette in accordance with the information of the degree of deterioration and the history information, a life prolonging information setting part 214 for setting life prolonging advice information necessary for prolonging the predicted life in accordance with a relation between a previously set using state of the electronic cassette and the deterioration and the history information and a life prolonging advice output part 216 for transmitting the life prolonging advice information to at least a console 28.
