To provide a radioactive medicine administration device that confirms the matching of a radioactive medicine and an administered person to whom the radioactive medicine is to be administered, and eliminates an error in a dose of the radioactive medicine to be administered to the administered person.SOLUTION: A radioactive medicine administration device 1 includes: a stage 73 for storing a liquid radioactive medicine 27 to which a shield container 5 having medicine information on the radioactive medicine 27 described at least on the surface is set; a first needle base 12 for holding an extraction needle 16 for extracting the radioactive medicine 27 from the shield container 5 set to the stage 73; a bar code reader 81 for reading the medicine information described on the shield container 5; an information acquisition part 68 for acquiring information on the administered person to whom the radioactive medicine is administered; and a dose determination part for determining an optimum extraction dose of the radioactive medicine to be extracted by the extraction needle 16 on the basis of the medicine information and the administered person information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
