PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing facilities in which quality tests for radiopharmaceuticals can be quickly performed including endotoxin test.
SOLUTION: A preparation room 10 for the radiopharmaceuticals is provided in a highly cleanliness area 2 encircled by a air tight walls 3 of the radiopharmaceutical manufacturing facilities and a sterility testing room 15 is also provided in the area 2 in communication with the preparation room 10 via carry ports 11, 16 partitioned with two or more doors 11a, 16a, 16b free from opening at the same time. An air-locked carry-out port 25 is provided in the air tight wall 3 of the preparation room 10 in communication with a delivery standby room 30 outside the high cleanliness area 2. An air-locked carry-out port 20 is provided in the air tight wall 3 of the sterility testing room 15 in communication with a quality testing room 27 outside the high cleanliness area 2. Test samples in the radiopharmaceuticals prepared in the preparation room 10 are introduced into the sterility testing room 15 and the quality testing room 27 via the carry ports 11, 16, where sterility test and quality test for the radiopharmaceuticals are performed along with delivery standby operation.
