PURPOSE: To prevent a loss of the beginning part of a reproduced voice at a reception side by delaying a processing time of an input voice signal in a signal processing path by a prescribed time.

CONSTITUTION: A voice signal inputted from a microphone 1 is delayed by a delay circuit 4 in the signal processing path via an AF circuit 2 and inputted to a modulator 5. Thus, the input of a modulation signal from the modulator 5 to a transmitter 6 is delayed by a time equivalent to the delay time. On the other hand, the voice signal via a path through a rectifier circuit 3 is not delayed but sent to a post stage circuit. Thus, the beginning part of the input voice signal is surely sent resulting in preventing the loss of the beginning part of the reproduced voice at the reception side.
