Title:
RADIOWAVE SHIELD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH03156998
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a sufficient shield effect without peeling over a long period by thermal spraying of the first metal film onto one surface of a flexible base fabric and by depositing the second metal film onto the other surface.

CONSTITUTION: The first metal film 1 is thermally sprayed onto one surface of a flexible base fabric 2, and the second metal film 3 is deposited on the other surface by lamination with an adhesive 4. Therefore, in the case where the workpiece is pasted on a wall surface of a room with the surface of the first metal film 1 turned to a penetrating direction of radiowave, it is reflected by the thermal spraying surface of the first metal film 1 and penetrate the flexible base fabric 2 with the result that this penetrating radiowave is reflected by the second metal film 3. Along with this process, this radiowave repeats reflection or interference at the zone of metal thermal spray particles deposited in the flexible base fabric 2, thereby preventing penetration through a radiowave shield. This can provide a sufficient shield effect without peeling over a long period.
