Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail fastening device having the insulating function and the looseness preventive function.
SOLUTION: An insulating gauge block 5 is allowed to abut on a flange part of a rail 1 having the insulating function, and a spring clip 7 is elastically deformably arranged with its position being regulated by straddling a shoulder 3 embedded in and fixed to a sleeper 2 and having a locking part 3b on an upper surface. The insulating gauge block is positionally regulated to the shoulder 3. A locking member 8 is pressed and inserted into the locking part 3b against elastic force of the spring clip 7. The locking member is positionally regulated in the locking part 3b. The rail 1 is insulated by the elastic force of the spring clip 7 via the insulating gauge block 5 by insertion of the locking member 8, and is fastened in a looseness-preventing manner.
