Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the elevator rail installation work efficiency by arranging a pair of guide members of almost U-shaped cross sectional form laid in parallel in such a condition as dislocated vertically from each other, and providing the lower guide member with a mounting member to be jointed to the lowest rail fixed at an installation site.
CONSTITUTION: When an elevator rail is laid, the open section 24 of the lower guide member 22 of an elevator rail hoisting rail guide 20 is inserted in the upper section of a lowermost rail 9 mounted in advance, and fixed with bolts. On the other hand, a bracket 8 is connected to the upper section of an uppermost rail 6 and the lower section thereof is inserted in the open section 31 of an upper guide member 21, thereby keeping the tooth surface of the elevator rail in contact with a roller 34 on depth surface 31c. In this state, the uppermost rail 6 with an intermediate rail 7 jointed to the lower section thereof via a panel plate 12 is lifted together. Thereafter, the lower end of the rail 7 is positioned at the open section 31 of the guide member 21, and guided downward via rollers 32 to 34.
